Director/SurveyorWessex Surveyors are looking to recruit a surveyor to build on our existing reputable brand. We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, established in 2006, committed to the ethos of “putting the client first.” Our area of operation covers much of Dorset, South Somerset, and East Devon, and our success is built on integrity and a strong professional reputation.Our current workload includes Home Surveys Level 2, Building Surveys Level 3, Defect Reports, Snagging Lists, Valuations, Dilapidations, Aerial Drone Surveys, Commercial Surveys, Property Dispute Resolutions including Party Wall work, and Expert Witness Reports. While most of our clients are private individuals, we also undertake work for various organisations.The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience across most of these service areas, be able to work independently, and show initiative and self-motivation.
