Salary: £30,920+ per annum | Full-time | Permanent (salary negotiable)

About the Role
As a Service Leader, you will oversee an Extra Care service in Knowsley, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for people with diverse needs. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver truly person-centred support, enabling independence, dignity, and quality of life.
This is a Registered Manager position, offering the chance to step up and make a real impact in people’s lives.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within Health & Social Care
Experience managing or supporting services with complex needs and behaviours that require intensive support planning
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and inspire your team
Good basic IT skills (training provided if needed)
A professional qualification in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 4, Nurse, Social Worker, or equivalent)
