The Shore Group are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Intergrated Services Team. This role will require an individual to plan, manage and oversee retail, housing and leisure projects ranging in value from £10K to £350K
Duties:
* Scope up and complete tenders / pricing documents
* Develop and manage programmes, budgets and resource allocation
* Lead and collaborate with project teams, sub-contractors and suppliers
* Compile RAMS and necessary CDM paperwork
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company Quality Assurance and H&S Standards
* Attend site meetings with clients
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* Previous experience in retail ideally
* Exceptional communication skills
* Commercial awareness
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid drivers licence
