Owner of Dealing Efficiency; responsible for front-to-back problem mapping and owning the delivery of improvements related to dealing processes, routines, and policies.
* Processes (with operations teams etc)
* Optimise Routines (ensure routines such as pipeline reviews are scheduled and taking place, as well as actions logged and followed up)
* Policies & SOPs are up to date
* KPI tracking (resolve issues & evolve)
* Raising the bar on overwatch performance. 'Overwatch' is a KPI measuring client churn and the success of our upsell efforts.
* In-depth analysis and feedback to Heads of Dealing, Country Managers, and Dealers. Highlight where we are performing well and/or badly.
* Own and organise local training programs on various clusters to enhance capabilities in upselling; collection accounts, API integration, Playbook hedging programs, etc.
* Act as an overwatch champion, providing consistent performance updates to dealers.
* Commercial AI adoption and transformation to help manage a large global dealing team at scale.
* Training routines
* Analysis from client calls to identify cross-selling opportunities.
* Account planning
* Pipeline reviews
* Head of Dealing performance tracking and metrics.
* Supporting problematic areas.
* Documentation maintenance: dealing manual, SOPs, incentives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years professional experience, preferably within financial services.
* A track record of strong academic or professional achievement.
* Self-starting and proactive attitude.
* Very strong analytical skills.
