Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Assessment Team for Lambeth Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking Child and Family Assessments in accordance with statutory legislation and local procedures.
* Responding to new referrals and completing Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries.
* Carrying out risk assessments and implementing safeguarding plans where necessary.
* Working closely with partner agencies to ensure effective information sharing and coordinated intervention.
* Managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced assessment environment.
* Preparing clear, analytical reports for meetings and court proceedings where required.

* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Social Work England Registration
* Experience within Assessment, Referral & Assessment, or Child Protection teams
* Strong knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and safeguarding procedures
