The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee operations across this social housing refurbishment contract based in Grimsby. This full time permanent position working within our Northern Projects division.
We will consider temporary or permanent applicants.
The Project
This will be working on the existing Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) social housing contract delivering construction and refurbishment programmes to properties across the Northern areas.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The Project Manager duties and responsibilities:
* Organise and review works schedules, including resources, materials and supply chain requirements.
* Liaise and manage teams of contractors and direct construction/trades labour.
* Establish standards of quality on site and ensure delivery of a build in accordance with the specification and project requirements.
* Follow procedures to mitigate risks of complaints when working in or around occupied premises.
* Communicate effectively with clients, project team and contractors.
* Engage and develop excellent relationships with supply chain, client representatives and consultants.
