We are currently working with a PRU in Feltham and are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor / Learning Behaviour Mentor to join the team on a full-time temporary basis until the end of the academic year.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviours in a structured, supportive environment.
The Role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
*
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
*
Managing challenging behaviour in line with school policies
*
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
*
Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral staff
Requirements:
*
Strong previous experience working with challenging behaviour (PRU, SEN, SEMH, alternative provision, or similar settings preferred)
*
Calm, resilient, and consistent approach to behaviour management
*
Ability to engage and motivate pupils who may be disengaged from education
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
*
Availability to work full-time until the end of the academic year
