Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring that individual learning needs are met. Support students in developing social and emotional skills, promoting a positive classroom environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting or relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate). A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
