Job Opportunity: Renewables Sales Associate
Join our team to play a key role in selling our full range of renewables products. Previous sales experience in a builder’s merchant environment or similar is advantageous, but training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working with the sales team to maximize sales by building strong relationships with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
2. Providing quotations, following up with customers, and proactively developing sales.
3. Ensuring excellent customer service and sound renewables product advice.
You will work within a close-knit team, dealing with customers daily. Therefore, having a likable personality and the ability to deliver excellent service is essential.
Requirements:
* Confidence, commitment to customer service, and attention to detail.
* Ability to build and develop customer relationships.
* Computer literacy.
* Previous sales and customer service experience.
