Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist to lead our growing Educational Psychology Service (EPS)! We are a strong and supportive team who meet regularly and work closely together on shared priorities. We are a dynamic and expanding EPS with a range of experienced and newly qualified EPs, as well as Trainee and Assistant EPs. This is a full‑time, permanent position and a new post as part of our expanding establishment.

Qualifications
* A dynamic individual keen to join a collaborative leadership team.
* Someone who can offer leadership, support and guidance to our educational psychology teams and senior leadership.
* Someone with strong personal resilience and the ability to make decisions and facilitate problem‑solving in complex situations.
* Strong application of psychology to support the inclusion of children in vulnerable situations, including children with SEND, children in care, previously in care, and children with a social worker, children at risk of exclusion from education and children involved in the youth justice system.
