Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the banqueting kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining consistency across all events
* Manage food costs, stock control, and ordering to ensure efficient resource management
* Collaborating with the weddings and events department to ensure seamless event execution
* Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience at Head Chef or Sous Chef level in high-volume kitchen environment
* Experience within conference and banqueting kitchen
* Excellent level of culinary skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for guests
* A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong organisational and time management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£15.25 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
