Job Description Ecommerce Content Assistant (Contract Role - 3 months) Salary on offer - £27,000 - £30,000 pro-rota Hybrid working, 2 days in office NW London MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY - PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE DOES NOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team during an exciting website migration project. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, with a strong focus on content management and quality assurance, both during the migration and post-launch phases. Key Responsibilities Upload, edit, and format website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and product pages, ensuring accurate transfer and consistency across platforms. Set up product listings by transferring product descriptions, resizing, and uploading images. Assist in quality assurance post-launch by identifying and flagging content errors or inconsistencies. Collaborate with team members to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and website structure. What We're Looking For Prior experience uploading and managing website content. A strong understanding of e-commerce and content organisation. Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., Magento, WordPress, Shopify or similar; Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus—training provided if needed). Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva etc) with the ability to resize and optimise images for the web. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.
