Role: Medical Officer - Principle adviser to the CO on the management of WIS, Medical deployability and the management of medical assets within the Regt. Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrate Defence and security acumen. 2. Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration. 3. Apply critical thinking and analytical problem solving techniques in the delivery of plans. 4. Influence stakeholders using appropriate negotiation, mediation and persuasion skills. 5. Apply understanding of the future operating environment in conceptual thinking and analysis. 6. Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.
