We have an exciting opportunity for a Copywriter to join our Customer team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. You will be the brand guardian for our brand’s written word, leading copy creation and maintenance in a busy environment. You will maintain and champion our Tone of Voice guidelines and support the wider business in its implementation. This role involves collaboration across online, digital, marketing, PR, internal communications, and events teams, writing for various formats and channels.
Responsibilities
* Planning and copywriting for activities across online and offline channels
* Leading and executing Dobbies' Tone of Voice across channels
* Managing and updating the Tone of Voice guidelines, supporting their implementation
* Managing a schedule of content for dobbies.com, updating content as needed
* Creating written content for digital marketing channels, including emails and social media, aligned with the trade plan priorities
* Proofreading and refining website and app content
* Building a bank of reusable copy to support PR, internal communications, and marketing, ensuring consistency and efficiency
* Supporting social and email content creation and scheduling
* Assisting the Events team with copy that drives event sales

* Strong relationships with stakeholders across PR, marketing, events, buying, and online teams
