- Maidstone They have been awarded a large infrastructure project in the Maidstone area and require a Public Liaison Officer to support the existing project team.
The project is due to break ground imminently and has an anticipated lifecycle of 16 months.
Responsibilities: Drive client/stakeholder engagement activities in line with communication objectives, maintain communication with the public and stakeholders, develop customer complaints process, monitor data to identify trends, log complaints and compile monthly reports.
Communication with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
