Responsibilities
* Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of our core development offering, managing the full L&D cycle from needs analysis to facilitation, coaching, and impact measurement. You will also lead management development programmes and help managers drive performance
* Drive succession planning, talent mapping, and high-potential development initiatives to build future capability
* Oversee the learning platform, ensuring content is engaging, impactful, and accessible on demand
* Act as project lead for development initiatives and support with budget management
About You
You will be an experienced Learning & Development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering company-wide programmes, with a particular strength in building management capability. Bring a strong knowledge of L&D best practice, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Adaptable and confident in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple projects while keeping learning initiatives practical, impactful, and business-focused. You will be down-to-earth, dynamic, approachable and able to connect well with managers and employees alike.
