We pride ourselves on our UK factory, We design and manufacture our products under one roof, creating a fast moving, well supported factory environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter.
About You
We're seeking a skilled and experienced sewing machinist to contribute to our bag and backpack production team. We value self-motivated individuals who take pride in crafting high-quality bags and packs. As part of our friendly team of enthusiasts, you'll be involved in every stage of production. You take pride in your craftsmanship, understand the importance of accuracy and repeatability, and are comfortable working to measured output and production targets without compromising quality. Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail and quality are essential.

Responsibilities:
•Proven experience as a sewing or factory machinist
•Confidence working to productivity targets and quality metrics
•Strong attention to detail and consistency
•Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
•Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace
The role involves handling raw materials and confidently operating heavy duty lock stitch machines, binders, and bar tackers. While further training and support are provided, this position requires a solid foundation of machining experience from day one.
