We are seeking an exceptional EA to join our Search Management team — a pivotal role supporting Partners and working closely with senior clients and candidates at Board and CEO level. What You’ll Do You’ll be at the heart of the search process — combining first-class organisational skills with confident client management. Your responsibilities will include: Full diary and inbox ownership for Partners — anticipating needs, prioritising clients, and managing time intuitively End-to-end Search Management — scheduling interviews, liaising with senior stakeholders, and ensuring every detail is captured accurately Acting as a trusted liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams Managing business development activity, tracking meetings, and maintaining CRM systems Supporting marketing initiatives and event coordination, ensuring every interaction enhances the brand experience What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in Search Management or Executive Search (Board/CEO level support is a plus) Exceptionally strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with CRM systems such as FileFinder A confident communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills Organised, forward-thinking, and able to manage multiple projects with calm efficiency A true relationship builder — professional, empathetic, and client-focused Comfortable taking initiative, influencing outcomes, and improving processes Passionate, driven, and enthusiastic, ready to contribute to the success of the team Our Values & Culture The team works to three core criteria: Excellence, Courage, and Empathy, reflected in their bonus and compensation model.
