Here at Island Foods, we are a family run business all about building and maintaining a long standing reputation as a traditional butcher.
We are looking for a Butcher to join our small team. This would suit someone who has butchery experience or someone with a kitchen background who has a good understanding of meat preparation.
Day to day, you will be an integral part of our business, preparing orders for wholesale and the general public alike.
You will also be able to learn new practises quickly, as you gain an understanding of our policies we implement to maintain our high SALSA accreditation.
This role would be working 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 6am until 3pm, with an hour's unpaid lunchbreak. Salary is dependant on experience.
