The Opportunity
We are seeking a Hedge Fund Sales professionals with deep experience in institutional fundraising to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with fund leadership while building and executing comprehensive capital raising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead institutional investor outreach and relationship management
* Develop and execute strategic fundraising campaigns across multiple investor segments
* Manage investor communications, due diligence processes, and ongoing reporting
* Build and maintain relationships with family offices, pension funds, endowments, and HNW individuals
* Present fund strategies and performance to prospective investors
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience (One or more of the following):
* Hedge Fund Marketing/IR: 1+ years at established hedge funds managing institutional relationships
* Prime Brokerage: Client coverage experience with hedge fund clients and capital introduction
* Third-Party Marketing: Placement agent experience with alternative investment products
* Institutional Sales: Investment banking, asset management, or wealth management institutional sales with established relationships in the HNW/FO/II space
* Alternative Investments: Fundraising for private equity, real estate funds, or other alternative structures
* Crowdfunding/Syndication: Experience with retail or accredited investor platforms and deal syndication
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven track record of successful capital raising ($1 million plus in commitments)
* Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, or consultant networks
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles
