About the Role As a Community Nurse, youll be working closely with patients in their own homes, as well as in healthcare settings across Kent. Youll provide tailored clinical care, support and education that enables patients to manage their treatment safely and confidently outside of hospital. You will: Deliver hands-on nursing care, education, and support to patients and their families. Empower patients to understand and manage their treatment plans effectively. Provide clinical expertise across therapies including CVAD management. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care. Contribute to audits, quality checks and continuous service improvements. Balance clinical care with the independence of managing your own diary and caseload. What Were Looking For NMC Registered Nurse (Adult or Childrens). At least 1 years post-registration experience. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage your time, and use initiative. IT literacy (comfortable with Android-based devices and clinical systems). Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within your patch. Desirable but not essential: Community or homecare experience. Knowledge of CVAD management, infusion therapies, or parenteral nutrition. Whats on Offer Salary up to £40,000 per annum (inclusive of car allowance). Choice of car allowance or company car scheme.
