Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading and motivating junior kitchen staff during service
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Helping manage kitchen prep and service across sections
Training and developing new team members
You:
Proven experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a high-volume branded restaurant
A strong leader with a genuine passion for team development and coaching
Ability to motivate teams and create a positive kitchen culture
Excellent organisational and operational skills
A calm, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
A passion for simple, high-quality food done exceptionally well
