About the Role
:
1. Coordinate globally and cross-functionally with functions, such as Government Operations, Global Law, Corporate Audit and Corporate Finance to gather data and reporting inputs in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Organize and lead regular status meetings, stand-ups, and reporting cycles; maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
3. Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and standards; continuously improve project management processes and tools.
4. Support the internal industry engagement coordination activities.

6. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
7. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proven ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive involvement and collaboration through influence.
10. Natural propensity to build relationships and strong business acumen to assess impacts of global sustainability policy to the aerospace industry.
11. Strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation.
12. Proficiency with MS Office suite, project and data management tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
13. Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and corporate risk frameworks.
14. Experience in multi-tasking and working in a team environment.
15. Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
16. Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
17. Experience with Greenhouse Gas data collection, aggregation and calculations; knowledge of Greenhouse Gas Protocol methodology
18. Experience with sustainability policy, environmental compliance or chemical regulations.
19. Bachelor's degree or higher.
