We are looking for a Learning Resources and Student Hub Assistant to provide a warm, professional first point of contact for visitors, students and staff at our Braintree campus. This varied role is central to ensuring a positive student experience, supporting both Learning Resources services and broader college processes throughout the student journey.
Job Title: Learning Resources and Student Hub Assistant
Part time, Maternity Cover, 27 hours a week 40 weeks a year.
What you'll do
* Deliver a friendly and efficient service as the first point of contact in the Student Hub and Learning Resources areas.
* Respond to enquiries, provide accurate information and signpost students and visitors to appropriate services.
* Issue visitor passes, temporary student IDs and support campus security and emergency procedures.
