Your Role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, lessons.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional guidance.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and routines.
* Assist with preparation of materials and classroom displays.
* Encourage positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
About You:
* Experience working with children in a school environment.
* A calm, caring and proactive approach.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
