Responsibilities
1. Drive sales & maximise profit by identifying opportunities to increase store contribution, implementing high standards in store layout, analysing reports, conducting daily floor walks, and monitoring competitor activity.
2. Connect with customers by ensuring a world-class shopping experience, leading by example, motivating the team, and encouraging upselling.
3. Recruit & retain top talent, focusing on team development, training, coaching, and performance management to create future managers.
4. Control costs & manage loss prevention through effective payroll management, theft deterrence, and stock control.
5. Manage store KPIs including sales, payroll, costs, stock loss, and customer service.
6. Communicate effectively across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
7. Ensure a passionate delivery of customer service and operational excellence.
Requirements
* Proven track record in managing store KPIs.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience.
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or a Deputy Manager ready for the next step.
