HR Business Partner – Retail & Hospitality Operations

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our client’s Operations teams and help shape the colleague experience across our stores, venues, and frontline teams.
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Operations, Retail, and Hospitality leaders to deliver people solutions that support business performance and a high-performing culture. This is a true generalist role, mixing strategic partnership with practical, day-to-day HR support.
You will be a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on everything from organisational design and workforce planning to ER cases, recruitment, and performance development. You’ll also play a key role in delivering people initiatives and helping embed consistent, scalable processes as we continue to grow.
