Pupil Support Worker – SEMH Setting (Secondary) Portsmouth, Hampshire £89 per day (equivalent to £21,800 term time) Full Time | Long-Term / Fixed Term Do you want to be the reason a young person finally feels safe enough to learn? We’re working with a specialist SEMH setting in Portsmouth looking for a Pupil Support Worker to support students in Key Stages 3 & 4 who need something different from mainstream education. This isn’t a standard classroom role. These are students who need consistency, patience and someone firmly in their corner. Progress doesn’t always look like perfect work – sometimes it’s simply showing up, engaging, or trusting an adult for the first time.
