Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager and/or customer to clarify requirements, and consult with the Engineering team as needed for confirmation.
* Provide support to Sales Managers by addressing specific customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and handling various administrative tasks.
* Accurately and promptly enter sales orders into the order processing system.
* Maintain and update the daily despatch schedule.
* Ensure all despatch documentation is prepared on time and made available to despatch operatives.
* Process despatch and invoicing of goods, and ensure invoices are sent to customers.
* Manage payment processing for non-credit customers, including issuing pro-forma invoices and handling BACS or credit card payments.
* Obtain and compare transportation and delivery quotes, coordinating and booking logistics as required.
* Prepare and compile manuals, manufacturing certificates, and serial plates for despatch, and ensure relevant records are updated accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in similar role is essential
* Sales support: 2 years (preferred)
* Minimal 2 years customer service experience
