Responsibilities
This role supports our integrated healthcare team in the delivery and monitoring of care. The successful candidate will coordinate work within the prison environment, liaise with outside agencies, and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise work.
