This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a Science degree to gain hands-on experience in education while contributing to the delivery of engaging and practical science lessons.
The Role:
As a Science Technician, you'll be a vital member of the science department, providing technical support for lessons and ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing, setting up, and dismantling equipment for Biology, Chemistry and Physics practicals.
2. Assisting teaching staff during science demonstrations and lessons.
3. Managing stock levels and ordering laboratory materials and chemicals.
4. Maintaining and cleaning lab equipment, ensuring safe storage and proper handling.
