Role Overview As a Relationship Manager at Indevor Bonds, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our referral network and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with referrers across the UK. Working closely with and reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll help drive engagement, ensure consistent communication, and support the delivery of exceptional service to our referral partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building relationships that drive business growth. Responsibilities: Referrer Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing referrers, maintaining regular communication and building long-term partnerships. Onboarding & Training: Assist with onboarding new referrers and support training sessions to ensure they understand our products and processes. Event & Engagement Support: Help organise and deliver referrer lunches, hospitality events, and networking activities. Attend meetings and events across the UK to strengthen relationships. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track engagement metrics, and provide updates to optimise referral conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Account Management (CAM) team and Marketing Team to ensure referred opportunities are handled efficiently and support targeted communications. Personalisation & Relationship Enhancement: Coordinate personalised hospitality, gifts, and communications to maintain positive relationships. KPI Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly targets to ensure engagement and referral conversion goals are met.
