What you'll be doing Develop and implement standard project scheduling processes and procedures ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create realistic and achievable project plans. Monitor and analyse project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Identify and communicate cost trends, potential risks, and opportunities for cost savings. Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for projects. Facilitate risk management procedures and processes to regularly update risk registers and communicate risk status to relevant stakeholders. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress and success. Provide insight into performance trends and variations from planned outcomes. Develop and implement change control processes to manage project scope changes effectively. Assess the impact of changes on project timelines, costs, and resources. Generate and distribute regular project control reports to stakeholders at all levels. Communicate project status, issues, and potential risks to project teams and leadership. Who we're looking for Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field Previous experience as a Project Controls Manager in a major multi-discipline engineering environment. Understanding of NEC3 contracts. Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and attention to detail. Ability to lead, train and mentor people at all levels. Advanced knowledge of MS office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Proven experience in continuous improvement and process optimisation.
