The Senior Project Officer will work as part of the Evidence Exchange (EvEx) project. This has been funded by ESRC for 3.5 years from February 2026 to create national infrastructure which widens and diversifies opportunities for public and civil servants to take up learning and exchange offers from universities and research organisations. The Senior Project Officer will be part of the coordination team across the seven universities in the consortium (Cambridge University, King’s College London, University of Edinburgh, Swansea University, Queen’s University Belfast, University of Manchester and University College London); and project partners who include the Universities Policy Engagement Network and Scottish Policy Research Exchange. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
