Role Summary
This is a test advert to refine the process for Internal Applications through BM Recruit.
Key responsibilities (in order of priority):
· To act as a reliable and positive first point of contact for internal comms, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion administration queries.
· To review employee engagement, diversity & inclusion administrative processes, making recommendations on process efficiencies and implementing those as agreed.
· To work collaboratively within the HR Operations team to pro-actively identify and implement areas for administration process improvements.
· To oversee employee engagement tasks that are managed by the HR Coordinator team to ensure the provision of timely, customer focused and accurate administrative support.
· To provide administration support and assist with the delivery of employee engagement and diversity & inclusion initiatives, including but not limited to developing a new Intranet system; employee recognition pathways; equality pay assessments; and staff diversity network groups.
· To assist with the management of the employee engagement survey; contact system provider to resolve issues where necessary.
· To collate information and produce reports to enable the organisation to develop action plans that respond to survey results.
· To coordinate and evaluate employee engagement /diversity and inclusion events
· To cultivate opportunities for staff offers and benefits and oversee relationships with providers.
· To support the development of Intranet content.
· To manage the internal communications inboxes to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
· To carry out research and search for relevant documentation.
· To undertake any other tasks appropriate to the level and the nature of the post.
· To carry all duties with the due regard to the Museum’s relevant policies and procedures.
