We’re looking for an Agency Senior Director of Client Development to join our London team. Your mission as the player/coach of the team will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing complex products, highly differentiated solutions into Publicis Groupe clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing, renewing, and upselling business. You’ll report to the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and work closely with the Account Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders at Epsilon and Publicis Groupe. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in office). What You’ll Achieve • We expect the ideal candidate to use general business acumen and their natural sales skills to uncover business needs, identify opportunities and create impactful positioning of how Epsilon unique offering will help Groupe clients achieve their business goals • Drive revenue for Epsilon by navigating internal organization and building relationships with key stakeholders across with key partners and Publicis Groupe • Be consultative and use creativity to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client’s compelling events and help them meet their goals • Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of account both internally and externally • Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and at the client level, including key decision makers and influencers with these organizations • Work to quickly learn and understand the landscape the client operates in to help address their needs in a way that is competitive, differentiated, and meaningful • Negotiate with key internal and client decision makers and influencers to create positive outcomes for Publicis Groupe, Epsilon, and the client • Lead internal resources for the successful preparation and delivery of objective-based solutions on behalf of our clients Who You Are • What you’ll bring with you: o 8 years of professional sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience is a big plus) o Experience across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting. o Self-motivation – able to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps. o Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those client objectives utilizing the Epsilon full product offerings. o Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling in a player/coach role, managing your own pipeline and clients along with those within your team o Strong business and strategic planning acumen o Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques, especially related to pipeline management and revenue forecasting o Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement o Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills o Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization o Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment o Demonstrated sales & business development experience o Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Sales Management software (i.e. Salesforce.com) • Why you might stand out from other talent: o Highly driven, motivated and ambitious self-starter.
