Job Description
* Maintain effective administration for the day-to-day operation of the apprentice training programmes and training centre.
* Support training centre reception duties and delegate satisfaction by offering guidance.
* Encourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, promoting positive behaviours from all delegates and staff.
* Liaise with Service and clients regarding bookings of learner webinars, learner and staff hotel accommodation/requirements.
* Support planning and organising ad hoc events and team meetings.
* Assist with planning and organising the training centre using ScheduleIT.
* Input data/administration details related to learner starts, reviews, health & safety reports, functional skills, learner support funding, achievers, early leavers, and certification into the LMS.
* Support data or systems activities necessary for maintaining Government funded contracts.
* Offer learner support when required and ensure actions support learner safeguarding.
* Assist with client/programme requests and provide accurate advice on Levy and Non-Levy Contracts.
* Ensure compliance by following processes and maintaining accuracy in all work and data entry.
* Generate reports as needed.
* Support day-to-day requests from the operational team and other Bosch leaders.
Qualifications
* A good level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths, and ICT.
* Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications and data systems.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Use balanced judgement and informed decision-making in duties.
* Maintain a customer-oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company.
* Take ownership of customer queries, work collaboratively, and foster partnerships within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) business.
* Understand the goals and operational targets of the business and contribute to Bosch MA's success in the UK.
* Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements.
