We are seeking a dynamicindividual to fill the role of Business Insights Analyst within ourBusiness Insights (BI) department. As part of this team you willplay a crucial role in providing support and data to the operationsteam driving efficiency and enhancing performance. Duties andResponsibilities
Cleansing/ Updating CRM System:
Prepare ourcompany CRM system (Harmony) for an upcoming migration in 2025 byensuring data accuracy andcompleteness.
Forecasting DataManagement:
Collaborate with theHead of Business Insights to generate and update forecasting datafor weekly delivery to Operations Managers/TeamLeaders.
Reporting:
Workclosely with Operations Management to develop standardisedreporting at individual brand and team levels facilitating informeddecisionmaking.
Parent CompanyReporting:
Produce and distributeweekly/monthly data reports to our parent company in Franceensuring timely and accurate informationdelivery.
AdHocSupport:
Address any additionaldata or CRM requests on an adhoc basis providing timely andefficient support to internalstakeholders.
EssentialCriteria
* StrongComputer Skills adept in using Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 12months experience.
* Accuracy and attention todetail
* Good organisational / administrativeskills
* An ability to work under pressure and todeadlines
* Proactive & quick tolearn
* The ability to multitask and prioritiseyourworkload.
