Responsibilities
* You will provide excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers ensuring you are always friendly and professional
* Liaising with other departments when needed
* Administration tasks when needed
* Establishing the needs of the customer, fact finding and having an inquisitive nature to ensure correct information is requested and obtained.
About You
* No previous experience within insurance required
* A passion for customer service
* Someone who thrives in a customer service environment
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
