Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner (New Build Housing) Location: Barnstaple Pay Rate: £16.50 – £17.00 per hour Job Type: Ongoing / Full-time (subject to site requirements) Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a busy new build housing site in Barnstaple. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing completed plots to a high standard, ensuring properties are clean, presentable, and ready for handover and sale.
