Job Title: Salesperson
Location: Multiple roles available across Teesside and North Yorkshire — including Redcar, Middlesbrough and Guisborough.
Salary: £23,650.77 per annum, plus uncapped bonus scheme (paid monthly in arrears).
Hours: Full-time, 37.25 hours per week (including weekends).

We're on the lookout for confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven individuals to join our team across multiple stores in Teesside and North Yorkshire. As a Salesperson, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through every step of their journey — from product selection to fitting.

What You'll Do
Sales & Customer Experience
* Greet every customer with the warmth and professionalism that defines the Franks experience we've been delivering for over 30 years.
* Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs, offering expert advice, and guiding them through our extensive flooring range.
* Provide a seamless end-to-end service, including arranging room measuring, quoting, and coordinating product fitting.
* Communicate clearly with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
* Consistently work towards personal sales, average deal size, and profit margin targets — with the bonus structure to match your success.
* Accurately handle sales administration and use in-house systems for stock and customer management.
Store Presentation & Teamwork
* Keep the store and warehouse clean, well-presented, and compliant with health and safety standards.
* Pitch in with your team to complete daily housekeeping duties and warehouse tasks (e.g., accepting deliveries).
* Support broader store operations as needed — we work together to get the job done.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in flooring sales is highly desirable, but not essential — we value attitude and train for skill.
* A proven track record in customer-facing sales roles – this is a must
* A passion for providing excellent customer service and hitting targets.
* Great communication and people skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A positive, adaptable, team-focused mindset.
