Are you passionate about working in the kitchen with fresh ingredients and delivering excellent food to customers? Join the Rank group as part of our culinary team, where you will work closely with the head chef to meet and exceed customer expectations.
You will:
1. Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers in all areas.
2. Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
3. Collaborate and work as part of the hosting and wider casino team.
4. Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipe standards.
5. Follow all HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety throughout the venue.
6. Report defective equipment and systems to the head chef or duty manager.
7. Manage stock rotation (FIFO), ordering, and usage to minimize stock and financial losses.
8. Seek feedback from customers and front of house teams to continuously improve food quality.
9. Maintain a clean as you go policy in all food preparation and service areas.
