What You’ll Be Doing Accurately processing customer purchase orders in line with company targets Working collaboratively to ensure all daily orders are completed on time Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently Supporting a designated sales area and managing orders through the production process Keeping customers informed of delivery updates and changes Managing after-sales queries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively Coordinating customer queries to ensure the best outcome for both the customer and the business Managing stock returns and completing goods return procedures Providing product knowledge and support to customers and internal teams Supporting and developing low-spend accounts to help drive sales growth What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a busy customer service or telesales environment Excellent time management and organisational skills High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Confident and professional communication skills via phone and email Strong IT skills and experience using sales systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience desirable) A team player with a positive, customer-first mindset Why Join Us?
