Job Title: Procurement Manager, Estates
Location: Hybrid
Salary: £35,116 - £45,413 + £5,000 market supplement

As the University of Warwick enters an exciting development phase and continues to grow, the Estates department is recruiting a Procurement Manager with experience in Estates-related categories such as hard FM and building consultancy services.
This is a great opportunity to join a procurement function central to the institution’s estates maintenance and capital development projects.
The Successful Applicant
We seek a proactive and skilled individual with:
* Experience leading and delivering end-to-end competitive tenders
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders
* Proven experience managing a spend portfolio, developing category strategies for value and improvement
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and strategic sourcing
* Experience working within robust procurement, regulatory, and audit frameworks
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
* Experience providing procurement and contract management advice
* Knowledge of Public Sector PCR Regulations (desirable)
