Data Insights Lead Up to £60,000 benefits Hereford | Hybrid Permanent | Full-time We are looking for an experienced Data Insights Lead to join our clients growing Data and Insights team. You will play a vital role in supporting the data strategy and leading a growing team of Data analyst and Database Admins. Key Responsibilities: Support and lead a team of data professionals. Manage the workload, mentor and perform general line management duties to your team. Collaborate technically with cross-functional teams on various data projects. Generate, analyse, and present reports various business stakeholders. When required offer support to the service desk team during incidents. Key Skills & Experience: Essential: Strong experience working with SQL and Power BI Ability to read Python code Generating and presenting data insights reports Strong demonstrable skills in people management (team leadership, 1 to 1's, workload management) Project management skills (working with cross-functional teams and resource management etc) Stakeholder management Desirable: Experience in Data Science Knowledge and/or experience of Machine Learning What you get in return: Up to £60,000 per annum benefits Hybrid working (3 days in office) Opportunity to lead and mentor within a growing security team Professional development and training support This company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
