Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics. Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 7 countries, and growing. Your Responsibilities As an M&A Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire acquisition lifecycle, with key responsibilities including: Pipeline Management: Manage, maintain and update the deal pipeline and tracking systems. Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive company valuations to support deal assessments. Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the M&A team. Due Diligence Support: Assist with all aspects of due diligence, including commercial, financial, tax, legal and technology reviews. Investor Relations: Contribute to the preparation of internal investor documentation. Sourcing and Outreach: Independently identify, qualify, and approach potential acquisition targets. Deal Opportunity Review: Review and assess new deal opportunities. What we're looking for Successful completion or ongoing Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint A bonus if you have already had some exposure to M&A transactions (through previous internships, for example) Interview process Here's what to expect and who you'll speak with during the application process: First call with Talent Acquisition Lead (15 mins) 2nd interview with M&A Country Manager (45 min) Final interview with the Acquisition team (45 min)
