The Opportunity: My client, a leading service organisation is seeking a confident & experienced HR team leader to join our dynamic HR function on a 12-month FTC, part-time basis. This role is pivotal in supporting and developing our HR Advisor team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service delivery across the regional business. You’ll act as the first point of contact for the HRA team, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight on a wide range of employee relations matters. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is passionate about nurturing talent and driving HR excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of 5 HR Advisors, acting as their primary contact for development, queries, and case guidance. Provide expert advice on ER matters including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and probations. Ensure consistent workload distribution and quality assurance across the HRA team. Liaise closely with HRBPs, senior stakeholders, and leaders across the business to ensure seamless HR support. Deliver coaching and training to HR Advisors to build confidence and capability in decision-making. Support HR projects and contribute to policy development and compliance. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR function. Ideal candidate: Proven HR advisory experience with strong ER knowledge. Experience coaching or mentoring junior HR professionals. Comfortable working autonomously and advising on next steps in ER cases. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive and complex situations with discretion and professionalism. Desirable: CIPD Level 5 or above. Exposure to high-volume, complex ER environments.
