Our client based in CV7, Coventry, has an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join their team.
* £16.92 - £19.49 per hour (£33,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience)
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
* Friday: 08:00 - 15:45
* Temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent
* Office-based position

Main Duties
Sales & Order Management
* Prepare accurate and timely spare parts quotations for UK and Ireland customers using the ERP system.
* Process spare parts and service-related orders for UK and Ireland customers.
* Coordinate customer returns, repairs, invoicing, and credit processes.
* Proactively monitor and manage open orders to ensure on-time delivery.
* Expedite sales order backlogs to maximise billing output.
Customer Service
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
* Support customer engagement through the E-Store strategy.
* Collaborate with the European team to improve transactional efficiency.
Inventory Control & Availability
* Monitor local stock levels and backorders, proactively addressing shortages and potential risks.
* Undertake any other duties as required by the Spare Parts Manager in line with the scope and grading of the role.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in aftersales or a similar role.
* Experience using ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA and JD Edwards) and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Previous back-office quoting experience within a technical or industrial B2B environment is desirable.
* Qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is preferred. xsngvjr
