We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. Core tasks and duties : Design eye-catching assets tailored for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing templates, website graphics, including static posts, carousel formats, stories, and ads. Create polished presentation decks (Pitch) that effectively communicate campaign ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with motion designers or animators by preparing static designs or layered files suitable for animation or video editing. Adapt visual content to align with platform-specific best practices, sizing, and user engagement trends. Prepare and export assets with technical precision (correct file formats, resolutions, color profiles, and accessibility considerations) for digital publishing. Produce polished, professional designs across multiple formats including digital, web, social media, and events. Exhibit mastery of key design principles including typography hierarchy, grid systems, color theory, visual rhythm, and composition alongside image selection. Apply a keen eye for detail—ensuring consistent spacing, alignment, image quality, and overall visual harmony across deliverables. Uphold brand guidelines rigorously, balancing creative flair with brand tone and client expectations. Push design boundaries to innovate within brand frameworks and create distinctive work that stands out in crowded markets. Optimize designs for readability and visual impact on various screen sizes and resolutions. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in pixel alignment, spacing, and color consistency. Stay updated on emerging digital design trends, platform updates, and new tools to continually innovate creative output. The successful candidate : 4–6 years of experience in agency or publishing (some senior roles expect 7) with relevant portfolio. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere); experience with After Effects is a plus. Knowledge of Pitch / Keynote especially for pitch design. Proven ability to ideate concepts and deliver polished designs for multi‑channel campaigns. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and colour theory. Excellent presentation, communication, and client‑management skills Keen design sensibility—typography, layout, color, composition—with great attention to detail. Comfortable leading own workload, managing priorities, and delivering to tight deadlines. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of multi-channel work, including print, digital, and social media campaigns. Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, emerging designers, creatives and talent Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok and understand how to use these social platforms for commercial purposes Will have a positive and solution-first attitude Will have a creative vision which is malleable to CULTED’s image and clients’ needs Is aware of/has contacts with relevant and on-brand talent and creators Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity and will be able to protect the brand’s image on social media Has professional mannerisms to deal with talent, clients, vendors and contractors Culted is an equal opportunities media and entertainment brand
