Post Office Sales Assistant – 15 hours per week
We are looking for a Post Office Sales Assistant to join Ryman’s team. This position requires a passion for customer service, knowledge of post office and retail products, and an ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
What you will be responsible for
 * Serve customers enthusiastically, establishing their needs and matching products to those needs through a high level of product knowledge.
 * Operate the tills efficiently, processing all payment methods while maintaining customer care and security procedures.
 * Acquire and continually develop a high level of product knowledge.
 * Recognise and act on opportunities to increase sales by offering appropriate additional items.

 * Proven experience within retail.
 * Enthusiasm for the Ryman and Post Office brand.
 * The ability to serve as an ambassador for the brand.
 * Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
 * Strong communication and team‑working skills.

 * Capability to manage customer difficulties and complaints.
